No, the game does not require the buyer to assemble it themselves. You can play it as soon as you receive the package.

4. How can I repair my game in case of a problem?

Cheerivy© Legacy has been designed for easy repair in case of a problem. We have ensured that the game can be completely disassembled using the tools included in your initial package.

If you have unfortunately damaged a part of the game during play, be aware that we plan to gradually offer the option to order spare parts directly from our online store.

1. What are the payment methods?

We offer secure credit card and PayPal payment methods; your payment information is not stored on our website.

2. For what reason could my credit card be declined?

Your credit card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • Your card has expired. In this case, check the expiration date of your card.
  • You may have reached the limit of the available amount on the card. Check with your bank for the authorized amount on your card.
  • One of the entered data is incorrect. Verify that you have entered the data correctly in the corresponding fields.

If, despite these checks, your credit card is still declined, you have the option to contact us and choose another payment method.

Returns & Shopping

1. How do I make a return?

If you wish to return an item, you can submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of receiving your item.

The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, or used will not be refunded. The choice of the carrier and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of your return package, a refund of the value of your item will be credited to you within 30 days of receiving the package on your chosen payment method during the order.

You can submit your withdrawal request via this form. The email sent will constitute the effective date of the customer’s right of withdrawal.

2. What is the delivery time for a pre-ordered game?

When our game is no longer in stock, we offer pre-order phases. If you place an order during one of these phases, the game will be shipped to you within an average period of 1 to 2 months from the date of your pre-order. This time is necessary for ordering parts from our suppliers and assembling your package.

Once the package is shipped, the delivery time depends on the distance between you and our warehouse.

3. What is the delivery time for an in-stock game?

If the game is in stock when you place your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days. For orders from the United States, Cheerivy© will ship from our US warehouse, and the package will typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days after shipment. For orders from other regions, Cheerivy© will ship from China, and the package will typically arrive within 20 business days after shipment, depending on your distance from our warehouse.
