Yes, the game needs to be assembled by the buyer. All necessary assembly parts are included in the package, and we provide the required tools such as a screwdriver and a wrench. Assembly is accessible to everyone, achievable by one person or more, and takes approximately 1.5 hours.
An assembly manual is included in the package, with the option to scan it via a QR CODE directing you to a detailed explanatory video of the assembly process.

When our game is no longer in stock, we offer pre-order phases. If you have unfortunately damaged a part of the game during play, be aware that we plan to gradually offer the option to order spare parts directly from our online store.
If you wish to return an item, you can submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of receiving your item.
The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, or used will not be refunded. The choice of the carrier and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of your return package, a refund of the value of your item will be credited to you within 30 days of receiving the package on your chosen payment method during the order.
