Does the game need to be assembled by oneself?

Yes, the game needs to be assembled by the buyer. All necessary assembly parts are included in the package, and we provide the required tools such as a screwdriver and a wrench. Assembly is accessible to everyone, achievable by one person or more, and takes approximately 1.5 hours.

An assembly manual is included in the package, with the option to scan it via a QR CODE directing you to a detailed explanatory video of the assembly process.

In which countries do you offer delivery?

Currently, we are able to offer delivery to the United States.

What is the delivery time for an in-stock game?

If our game is available at the time of your order, we will ship your package promptly. Cheerivy© is shipped from China, and the delivery time depends on the distance between you and our warehouse. Generally, expect a delivery time of 1 to 6 business days after we have deposited your package for shipment.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you do not find this email.

What is the delivery time for a pre-ordered game?

When our game is no longer in stock, we offer pre-order phases. If you place an order during one of these phases, the game will be shipped to you within an average period of 2 to 4 months from the date of your pre-order. This time is necessary for ordering parts from our suppliers and assembling your package.

Once your package is shipped, the delivery time depends on the distance between you and our warehouse located in France. On average, expect 1 to 6 business days after we have deposited your package for shipment.

How can I repair my game in case of a problem?

Cheerivy© Legacy has been designed for easy repair in case of a problem. We have ensured that the game can be completely disassembled using the tools included in your initial package.

An instructional video on potential issue resolution is available here, allowing you to address any incidents yourself.

If you have unfortunately damaged a part of the game during play, be aware that we plan to gradually offer the option to order spare parts directly from our online store.

How do I make a return?

If you wish to return an item, you can submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of receiving your item.

The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, or used will not be refunded. The choice of the carrier and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of your return package, a refund of the value of your item will be credited to you within 30 days of receiving the package on your chosen payment method during the order.

You can submit your withdrawal request via this form. The email sent will constitute the effective date of the customer’s right of withdrawal.

We offer secure payment by credit card; your payment information is not stored on our website.

For what reason could my credit card be declined?

Your credit card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

• Your card has expired. In this case, check the expiration date of your card.
• You may have reached the limit of the available amount on the card. Check with your bank for the authorized amount on your card.
• One of the entered data is incorrect. Verify that you have entered the data correctly in the corresponding fields.

If, despite these checks, your credit card is still declined, you have the option to contact us and choose another payment method.
